Organisational support and Quality
Control: by Organisational Support, we mean support in defining
change initiatives in the ICT ambit and in the organisation,
when the ICT becomes a fundamental element of the change itself;
by Quality Control, we mean technical and economic assessments
of change initiatives in progress (as described above), partner
assessment and management, plus risk analysis.
Program Management: governing complex change programs,
planning project phases and activities, defining schedules and
objectives, managing internal and external resources, work progress
control and cost control.
Projects and Services: creating implementation projects
for information systems. Use of solutions and experiences implemented
and tested by already active customers. Supplying Help Desk,
Application Management and system management services.
SAP (Projects and services): creating SAP implementation
projects in both versions: All in One (R/3) and Business One.
Use of solutions and experiences implemented and tested by already
active customers. Supplying Help Desk, Application Management
and System Management services in the SAP ambit in both versions. |

Our current organisation permits us to be present in the territories
of Mantova and Brescia and also to follow all the neighbouring
provinces with a certain ease. We do not set any limits as to
opening new operating facilities.
Our experience with our customers permits us to implement application
projects and solutions and to supply ICT services on international
realities even at the foreign operating branches of Italian
companies or at the operating branches of foreign Groups in
